The exterior

Outdoor space is with full grown trees and lawns. The outdoor pool and lawns are a perfect settings for a barbeque and bonfire to enjoy the chilled night Yeoor weather. It has a a outdoor sitout area with dinning faclity also you can enjoy the views from the terrace to indulge in soulfull conversations.

The living areas

The comfortable living area is with sofa and center piece complete with a TV and a rocking chair. A small pantry Kitchen to help you to heat the titbits and get the tea/coffee secissions going.

The bedrooms

With two AC bedrooms with attached baths the Villa can comfortable sleeps 10 guests.

Bedroom One	Master bedroom with attached bath, wadrobe with dressing mirror. Sleeping is on the queen size double bed and ample space for extra mattresses.
Bedroom Two	Master bedroom with attached bath, wadrobe with dressing mirror. Sleeping is on the queen size double bed and ample space for extra mattresses.
Bathrooms	2 bathrooms with 24hrs hot water. Both en-suite in bedrooms.
Pantry	Equipped with Fridge, induction stove and cutlery. Caretaker on call for any other needs.

Check In Check Out

Check in is after 12 Noon on date of arrival. It is necessary to vacate the property by 11 AM on the Check out day.

Booking Notes

The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure. All bed linen are provided.

We can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in extra mattresses, villa catering, Bonfire and Barbaque arrangements.

Cancellation refunds:

Cancellation anytime from date of booking to 15 days before arrival date 10% of total booking amount.
Cancellation between 0 and 14 days before arrival – 100% of the value of the booking advance is forfeited

Please note that we do not accept groups of underage young adults.
Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time.
No events or parties with external guest can be held at our property unless informed.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Refundable Security deposit of Rs 2000/- in cash is needed at the time of Check In. The same would be refunded back to you at the time of Checkout. In case of any damage, breakage, staining of bedsheets, Villa keys lost or items missing the full value of the same would be charged.
