The exterior

Outdoor space is with full grown trees like Coconut, Guava and Mulberry tree. It has the outdoor lounge area with a dinning faclity to be one with nature. Bonfire and Barbaque on request weather permiting can be arranged out here.

The living areas

The comfortable living area is with sofa and center piece with bar arrangement. Dinning table with chairs, bluetooth speaker and home projector add to the party ambience.

The bedrooms

With two bedrooms, Villa R07 sleeps 10 to 15 guests. The master bedroom with attached bath has two King size bedswhich can be combined or seprated and two extra mattresses can be laid out comfortable sleeping 4 persons. The second bedroom is group bedroom where six persons can sleep on extra mattresses.

Check In Check Out

Check in is after 12 Noon on date of arrival. It is necessary to vacate the property by 11 AM on the Check out day.

Booking Notes

The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure. All bed linen are provided.

We can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in extra mattresses, villa catering, Bonfire and Barbaque arrangements.

Cancellation refunds:

Cancellation anytime from date of booking to 7 days before arrival date 50% of total booking amount.
Cancellation between 0 and 7 days before arrival – 100% of the value of the booking amount paid is forfeited.

Please note that we do not accept groups of young unrelated adults.
Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time.
No events or parties with external guest can be held at our property unless informed.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Refundable Security deposit of Rs 3000/- in cash is needed at the time of Check In. The same would be refunded back to you at the time of Checkout. In case of any damage, breakage, staining of bedsheets, Villa keys lost or items missing the full value of the same would be charged.
